The Group has adopted the Organization, Management, and Control Model provided for by Legislative Decree 231\/2001, which introduces the administrative liability of companies for certain offenses committed in their interest or advantage. The Model consists of a General Part and Special Parts dedicated to the prevention of different categories of offenses. Each company in the Group has its own 231 Model, in line with common principles and adapted to operational specificities. <\/p>
