Italmetalli srl
With an area of about 100,000 m², of which 30,000 m² are covered, Italmetalli represents the heart of the technological development of the Fiori Group.
The plant integrates a large-scale shredding and selection facility equipped with advanced technologies that combine innovation, high productivity, and environmental care. It features state-of-the-art machinery, mobile shears, and a highly organized internal logistics system, ensuring speed, safety, and operational continuity.
The company also offers a complete service for the collection and management of metal waste from workshops, mechanical engineering, and steel companies in the regional area. Additionally, Italmetalli, together with its subsidiary Bologna Trasporti, provides a specialized home pressing service dedicated to the car dismantling sector.
Italmetalli Div. Cometal
Located in Bologna, the Cometal division of Italmetalli completes the production cycle of the Fiori Group, specializing in the wholesale trade of drawn and raw rolled metals.
The Cometal Division stands out for its long experience in the sector and its ability to offer a wide range of high-quality metal products.
It relies on a network of agents distributed in central-northern Italy, ensuring constant contact with customers and responding promptly to market needs, guaranteeing a fast and efficient delivery service.
Italferro srl
Located in Rome, in the industrial area of Santa Palomba, Italferro operates on an area of over 100,000 m², of which about 10,000 m² are covered.
The plant is equipped with one of the largest and most advanced shredding facilities in Italy, designed to ensure high production capacities while fully respecting the environment. In addition to shredding, selection, and volumetric reduction processes, Italferro stands out for the presence of a non-ferrous metal separation plant that uses the best technologies available on the market today.
Overall, the processes carried out allow for the accurate recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous materials from the treatment of end-of-life vehicles and scrap of civil and industrial origin, minimizing residual waste.
Founded in the 1990s, Italferro has extended the operational presence of the Fiori Group in central-southern Italy, offering a widespread, reliable, and environmentally sustainable service, representing today an excellence in the sector.
Logistics
To ensure an efficient, timely, and customized collection service, Fiori Group manages logistics also through two internal transport companies, Bologna Trasporti and Ekoroma.
